![]() Fred Lange began his career in human resources in 1980. He has worked with many companies, serving as strategic advisor to senior management. His extensive business experience has ranged from pre-IPO Internet startups to Fortune 100 companies. In the area of strategic advice and counseling, Mr. Lange has facilitated and designed long-term work force planning programs for internet startups as well as large organizations. He has assisted employers in making key business acquisitions and divestitures, and facilitated smooth, cost-efficient work force transitions. He has assisted senior management in executive search, executive compensation and incentives, stock plans, and organizational effectiveness programs and has facilitated and established succession planning programs and management development programs for many clients with excellent results. He has been instrumental in developing large-scale staffing initiatives, compensation, employee benefit plans, and organizational design programs. Mr. Lange regularly presents seminars and workshops to employer groups and is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, the Northern California Human Resources Council, and the Society of Human Resources Management.
